APPEARANCE

Clear, deep, brown, large legs with tellow-ambar colour.

NOSE

Pronounced, clean.

Coffee, dark chocolate, tar, caramel, honey, wood.

The alcohol is sweet and light in my nose.

PALATE

Sweeeeet, medium acidity, pronounced flavours, medium+ alcohol. Full-bodied.

Lemon, caramel, orange peel, coffee, iodine.

Long finish, mouthfilling, silky and untuous palate, complex and very sweet wine.

CONCLUSIONS

Very good quality, with all parameters integrated, youthful, sweet and good acidity and body, for ageing.

PX fortified because of slow fermentatiion (high sweet).

Fig sweet bread with vanilla ice and crunchy "Spanish Teja".
