Ramón Bilbao Edición Limitada Lias Verdejo 2018

Pale yellow colour with green flashes. Clean and bright with notable legs.

Fresh and pleasant on the nose, white flowers and work with the lees initially, with time white stone fruit. A wine which needs time to open out.

In the mouth nice acidity with some fruit, volume and a  touch of salinity in the finish. Lacking fruit however which it needs for balance. Well made, no defects but not terribly exciting.
