Shiraz on clay soils and shales, rusty. Vinification in cement and stainless.

Maceration with 2-3 week old skins.

The wine ended in concrete cuvettes 12 months.

 

APPEARANCE

Clear condition, red wine, ruby, medium intensity. No Bubbles.

Brilliant, and good legs, medium plus gliceric in moving.

Good Braile label at the front, with a explanation in the back label.

 

NOSE

My nose is clean. 

Medium intensity. Delicate, simple, defined, ripe.

Fruity, red fruit (cranberry, red cherry, raspberry), and some of stems. Pine tree.

Note. Fresh Fruit, young.

 

PALATE

Youthfull...

Good and medium plus-high acidity, dry (stems), medium alcohol, delicated and integrated.

Medium body, almost light. Flavour intensity medium plus, rich, and full-palated.

Primary red fruit falvours overall, like red cherry, cranberry, raspberry, red licorice.

Texture petillance because of acidity and concrete tanks (after "beton")

Finish: Medium (+), fruity, herbaceus (trees, forest floor).

 

CONCLUSIONS

Ready for drinking now, but has potential for ageing a little bit more, because of acidity, vinification, maceraction and soils with good drenage. the tannins are medium, remarked and to integrate in the future. Very good quality, a freh wine, balanced, nad with future. The finish is definitely fresh, fruity. The flavours are young.

A new Shiraz, modern, like the Grenache or Gamay carbonic maceration, refreshing concept from Australia -Victoria-
