Amazing nose change due to the temperature.

Tasted twice, first on a Verema virtual wine tasting at about 19ºC, and then the next day (vacuum closed) at about 15ºc.
Very beautiful red purple colour, brilliant but very little dark.
At first the nose is quite oaky, toast which turns into spicy aromas, black pepper. Some red fruit but pretty deep. In the mouth it's 'green', with tannins very present, and a good acidity which gives it nerve.
Quite diferent from the nose.
Good surprise on the second day. The wood has nearly gone, and the nose has turned into fresh red fruit, strawberry candy, gooseberry, and just for the nose i would say it's a carbonic maceration.Intense. The mouth it's very similar, may be a little bit more sweet, but that's all.
Medium aftertaste.
Good for hot weather, quite cool.
