TASTING

The wine is clear, without defects. Deep and ruby coloured. Some tears, fast and coloured the glass.

Clean and green aromas, spicy, green pepper, black pepper. Blackcurrant. In glass movement, tobacco, smoke, leather quality. Red violet. Some oaky aromas.

The wine is medium+ intensity.

In the palate, medium+ acidity, dry, medium+ tannins, medium+ alcohol.

Full-bodied, plenty of fruit and tannins (polyphenolic wine). Earthy texture.

Savoury, greeny, vegetal, tea, Strawberry, raspberry, stones, slate.

Long finish.

CONCLUSIONS

A very good quality wine, that for its acidity, it is possible to age (potential), and high complexity, but not totally balanced yet. The tannins are roughy and earthy, mineralised wine but invite to the next glass. The balance will arrive in the future, because 2014 is a calid vintage.
