Clean, pronounced aroma, ecological, stony, bitter, black cocoa. So much spicy (pepper), smoky (bacon).
COment: A little notes of Brett (leather, animal skin), wet soil. Burned neumatic (rubber). Youthful but developing. 10 years in advanced.
High acidity (calcareus), medium plus alcohol, very dry, medium plus tannins, but gamey and youths.
Medium plus intensity and full-bodied, strong.
Descriptors: Stone, mineral, chalky, Dark 99% cocoa, some nuts. Mountains, violets.
Finish: Long, with weight in mouth, tasty, a little dense.
Very good quality, medium price (15 euros). Young, you can drink now and wait for ageing.

Very good spicy Syrah like the clones from "Barossa Vallley", stony, high acidity and alcohol ( medium burning), and mediterranean climate in your mouth as well.
Dark berries such as blue berry, black berry, black pepper, chocolate, dark cocoa, full-bodied, some vegetal. A perfect Syrah northern to Montpellier.
