It changes on the next day. We loose some nuances in nose, nevertheless in mouth it’s better than yesterday. Lucky of me, it’s less astringent. The toasted notes are a distant echo, and overthere rippen red fruits have appeared. It’s a nice wine, but I wouldn’t open it until the next year. It’s better to be paired with food, a strong one; something like meat stew or roasted lamb or pork.
In relation to the price I consider 12-13 EUR the upper threshold for this wine.
