Straw coloured with greenish reflections. Fine and sparkling bubbles. In nose we find cooked apple, smoky notes, fennel and bakery. Honey. Dried apricot (known in spanish as ’orejones’). Very awesome, because these smells come in this order, but none is mixed with the others; I mean, as one disappear comes the next one. As Oskar says, the aromas follow one to another in a fast evolution. In mouth it is very similar to the nose, mainly based on the temperature. Very pleasant and smooth acidity. Medium persistence. It is not to conceive a passion for this champagne, but it’s very very pleasant. Nicely paired with the music of ’Lágrimas Negras’ performed by Bebo Valdés and Dieguito "El Cigala"
