Very dark and opaque black cherry red. Very intense nose with a combination of the notes of the cask (cinnamon, burnt caramel, toast) with raisins and fresh grapes, chocolate and a very attractive mineral backdrop. The mouth is dense, with a lot of body, persistent, with appropriate acidity and an aftertaste reminiscent of sultanas and dry figs. Excellent!
