Nice ’day-after-wine’. I mean it’s better next day than the day I uncorked it. The hue makes me wonder it’s older than 7 years; it’s going to brick hue. No more than vanilla in mouth and nose. A quaff and a half and the bottle goes to the fridge. Next day and is it the same wine? Vanilla has almost disappeared and we’ve red fruit slightly licquorized, medium quaff and nice acidity. I think it’s a nice wine. At least I thought it until I saw the price. Ok, it’s a nice wine but I wouldn’t pay the price of about 15 EUR. It was nicely paired with a chicken stew known in spanish as ’pollo en pepitoria’.
