It’s my first amontillado.
Nice colour. Brilliant amber with a noticeable dropping.
In nose rippen grapes and... ´fino". I mean a sea hint. As it breaths the rippen grapes touch and comes nuts in a very clear way.
In mouth it´s a soft sip where no trace of alcohol can be found (dangerous, isn´t it? ;) And nuts everywhere, hazelnuts and almonds. Nice bitterness.
Really nice for 7 EUR. The main issue is that I don’t know what can be paired with this wine :-?
After 4 days in fridge and it has improved. It´s everything that the first day, but it´s deeper and longer.
The first day it was more "fino" and the last one more "oloroso"
