Deep amber in appearance, and pronounced amontillado, with oxidative notes of development sucha as almonds, salted fish, chalky aromas, sea shells..."albero" from Bodegas, orange peel. Clean and old. Hints of caramel and honey.

Totally dry, Medium- acidity, high alcohol very good integrated, slightly palate, medium+ body and vertical, little astringency. Not creamy not rounded, is lineal.

Salty notes, avocado, almonds, caramel, herbal, tea leaves and good tobacco. Pronounced intensity.

Medium+ finish reflexing the albariza soils, and nuts.

In conclusion, the wine has a very good quality, or outstanding according to experts, because there are a very good balance between acidity and alcohol, good oxidative and quite long flavours on the palate, with intensity in the salty and albariza hints, very pronounced. The wine has concentration and its is dry, without new wood, so develop strong flavours of tobacco and herbal, leaves very slight and delicious, and some complexity in the aged notes of the oxidative solera maturation.

It has some potential for ageing, because it could be considered VORS, and this style of wines don´t die, because of its high concentration due to evaporation, ageing in Solera system, and developing aromas tertiaries in old casks of american wood, centenaries some of them.

Pairing with stwes, soups, "ajo Blanco", King shrimps.
