Pago de los Capellanes Reserva

Very full-bodied, black-cherry-coloured wine; slow, fat, glycerinous legs. 

Slow to open when it does you have notes from the malolactic fermentation, chocolate, tobacco, toasty notes and finally black fruits. 

In the mouth chocolate with liqueur fruits cherry, strawberry, a fresh acidity, great volume with sweet tannins, a wine with structure which will need to be laid down for some time ( or at least will age well!).
