Opaque cherry red, the strong cherry kirsch nose also hinted at red liquorice. Tightly wound yet expressive red cherries, this wine certainly grabs your attention. The long finish also shows its ripe yet drying tannins and the clean acidity rounds it off well. Very impressive and this is pretty much the same as I tasted it six months ago. I will probably not touch any of my bottles for at least 5-6 years from now.
