Good mousse, persisitent fine bubbles, golden yellow in colour, clean bright and with long, fat slow legs.

Roast apple when first open, floral, vegetal on the nose, petals like being in a flower shop.

In the mouth an initially bitter note, almost like a green cooking apple skin, buttery note, full bodied.

This wine needed a couple of hours to open out. When re-tasted the nose was much more floral, and much broader in the mouth with good depth and volume.
