Full bodied, black cherry, long slow legs.
Very mature black fruit, very smooth on the nose, toasty notes, roasted coffee, then red fruits, red and black currants, raspberry, cherry and earthy notes, truffle.
Very agreeable on entry, lots of fruit, good acidity and nice tannins but not much more, pulled up a bit short, cream and heat from the alcohol but not annoyingly so.
