Vía Romana

Medium bodied, red cherry colour, long, very fat, glycerinous legs.

Intense super-fragrant nose, a youthful nose with hints of carbonic maceration, lots of red and black fruits, cherry, blackberry, blue flowers, violet and lavender, earthy notes with some complexity.

Honest on entry, fresh, lots of cherry drop sweets, bags of fruit, one notes the alcohol but it does not dominate, smooth tannins, and a repetition of the blue flowers in a long fruity finish.
