Very opaque black cherry with a violet edge. Fragrant nose where, together with the ripe fruit, there are marked notes of balsam with hints of eucalyptus. It has an excellent mineral side and gentle hints of spice on a backdrop of forest floor. Initially a touch of medicine, which disappears quickly with airing. The mouth has excellent acidity, balance and fruitiness. Tasty, with notable persistence.
