The colour of this wine is wonderful: very brilliant black cherry red and very opaque. The nose is complex and very chameleonic: the notes of ripe black fruit, spice, forest floor, fig bread… come and go, mix together, take predominance and then give way to the others. All on a backdrop of balsam. In the mouth, the wine is powerful but not tiring, with lots of balance and structure. The finish is very long, with an aftertaste reminiscent of the notes of the fruit and balsam, which give it added freshness. Undoubtedly a great wine (I’m not surprised it is called triple selection due to the way in which it is made).
