The nose offers an outstanding saline bouquet, iodine (initially, in the blind tasting, I thought it was a Manzanilla wine due to the marine presence, which is not so usual in fino wines from Jerez), complex. The mouth is tasty, big, slightly salty, with a very expressive aftertaste. The bottle gives the best-before date: November 03.
