I would like to enjoy a meal entirely cooked by you!! (I would bring the wines ;) ...). It seems that you are teaching your family fine food-wise, but not yet wine-wise. In my old-times family, only two or three of us would drink wine, but now the whoooooolllleeeeeeee family seems to have turned into wine, which is expensive for me, specially in Xmasts! today, for only 4 of us (usually we are way way way more), we had Dominio de la Vega Brut Nature for starters and then two Aalto: 2001 and 2004, very different in nature. 2001 was more serious (and it needed tons more air), and 2004 really big and expresive from the beggining. Now I’m ready for bed ... luckily Xmasts only happens once a year!!!!
