Some time ago we tried a white English wine in a Verema’s tasting. Well, not a bad product!!! Unfortunately I can’t find the TN :((

Yes, indeed ";we"; have been coming up with some very nice white wines recently! Delicious summer drinking.

Widely thought to be the best of all tho are the sparkling wines, especially Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs and Classic Cuvée brut. These will age a long time, and Champagne growers have recently been buying up land in Sussex and Kent for more plantings.

I have been a bit busy with life and a 10 day wine holiday in the USA. I met up with my good buddy Manuel Camblor and the lovely Josie as well. I had two dinners with them, one at their apartment which was great! I will post on this on a separate thread.
