Carraovejas 2010

This note is based on tasting a glass at Restaurant José Maria in Segovia (the owner of this winery). I found this wine to be undrinkable at this stage. It's oak soup. The 2010 vintage is a favourite of mine in Ribera but this was difficult to drink. I think there's some lovely fruit in there and previous (pre 2007) vintages have been very impressive but the oak is a barrier at the moment and I just can't see past it.
