Excellence.

I don't believe in perfection. No way. Anyway I don't know whether this wine was made this way by chance or maybe it was made by somebody in the manner he thought it was right but the fact is that this wine is the epithome of excellence.
Everything with the right weight. Nothing in the wrong place. Dark as car oil but when sipped it's light and subtle. The acidity, a mere trace, sweaps your senses for the next sip. It's not what you can expect from a PX, it's infinetely more.
