Cantaora

The wine is yellow green, pale, clear.

Medium+ intensity aromas. Chamomile, white flowers, lemon, chalk. Clean nose.

In the palate, medium- acidity, low alcohol, chalky soils, lemon marmalade, saline. Medium intensity.

Medium+ body, almost mouthcoating, not bitter, and medium+ finish with herbal notes and lime.

Very good volume.

being yet a minor manzanilla, it gives the face since the first contact.

Good or very good quality and very good price, long finish, some complexity between acidity and freshness, alcohol integrated, and soft bitter flavours, with good fruit and marine influences.

Pairing with cooked large shrimps from Sanlúcar and nothing more.
