I’ve got much curiosity about this winery wines, so in my last wine

I’ve got much curiosity about this winery wines, so in my last wine shopping day I got all the wines
currently on the shelves.
What kind of food should I pair with this wine? I don’t have ever tasted any wine of this winery, neither of this DO nor this kind of grape. I cooked something easy. Mussels with curry sauce (very soft, nothing hot in this sauce) and marinated bonito made as if it were tataki.
The wine has been many steps behind these easy dishes. Very soft and flabby quaff. Not much than a touch of bitterness and a hint of weight in mouth. Extremely soft IMO.
