Earthquake day. My first one, but I’ve decided that I don´t like them.
Regarding the wine the fruit wins over the wood. In fact it’s no buttery character, but just a was hints with a slight astringency. Really fruit, like yellow plums and a good acid backbone.
It’s been nicely paired with a dish of chicken with almonds and soy sauce. Good QPR for about 7 EUR.
I’ve bough another bottle to see its evolution.
