Decanted for 2 hours aprox. and at 12 celsius grades, warming it in the stem.

Golden colour. A bit blurred.
As I open the bottle I smell, unrippen peach and medlar. At touch of acidity. Wild camommille. Then it disappear and we’ve got only alcohol. And hour and a half later it suddenly come back with backed apple, peanuts and smoke. A hint of white ground pepper.
In mout it’s greasy and fat. Rippen fruit. Soft. Medium persistence. It’s like a sweet, but without any touch of sweetness (¿overrippeness?). Powerful but not overwheelming. You feel the power, but no notice of the alcohol.
I do like it, but until now I find it less impresive than the 2001. By no means it’s a wine for everyday sip and I think that the pairing for this wine it’s so far of being an easy thing. It’s a difficult wine but I like it.
