Pale raspberry, clean and clear.
Sweet in nose, acid strawberry. Medicins (in fact it smells like britapen, an old medicin for children ;)
Nail-polis remover. Rippen banana.
In mouth I find rippen red fruits. A bit tanic and dry :-?? Less acidity than expected in this kind of rosé wines. It’s a surprise for me. A hint of bitternes at the end.
Fortunately the sweet touch I found in nose doesn’t appear in mouth.
When the temperature warms the wine the alcohol doesn’t disturb.

Right and nice wine for a pic-nic, with a paella, spanish omelettes, some snacks... and a nice chat with good friends.
