A chance to try my first Pinot Noir from Canada. What joy! Dark strawberry red, I sniffed creamy oak with ripe red fruits. Red cherries mixing with a spicy texture, there was a vibrant thread of acidity running throughout the palate on this wine. A little alcohol on the finish but still a young wine.
