(I continue the preceding TN...)

It’s been paired with a ’Tripes and chickpeas stew’ (a very traditional spanish dish, called "Callos a la gallega" o "Callos con garbanzos"). It’s ok, but a bit more of acidity being the couple of its tanicity would have been better...
The second day the smell of PN it’s not so noticeably like the preceding one, nevertheless in mouth is much more friendly.
I like this wine.
