Pale rose, salmon in colour, clean and bright aspect.
Expressive and pleasant nose, lots of little red fruits, (raspberry, cherry,) and lollipop sweets. A hint of herbs, (fennel.)
In the mouth, cherry and cream tart, strawberry, notes from the lees, fresh acidity balancing this leading to a medium to long finish, with a hint of mineral and toasty notes.
