Finca Las Yeguas

Yellow gold colour, clean and bright in aspect. 

Expressive nose with a pleasant note of oxidation, dried chamomile flowers with ripe apple, dried apricots, and a touch of brioche. 

On entry this is a dry wine initially with some volume, the dry apple and dried fruits from the nose, are carried forward more so into the mouth , the acidity balancing them. The finish is curious, elegant and the wine is well-made with, (I suspect) versatile gastronomic uses!
