Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia Rosé

Very  lively and persistent mousse. Pale onion skin colour, clean ,bright with persistent fine bubbles.

On the nose red fruits, strawberry, fruity and floral nose, herby with notes from the lees and fresh dough.

In the mouth light but lively on entry, dry acidity but sweets and red fruit, creamy with breadcrumbs, a mineral note a little salinity, and lively bubbles which are not 100% integrated.
