La Chica Fina

Medium bodied, black cherry colour with very long, glycerinous legs.

Pleasant but not intense nose, cherry and black fruits, spice some minerally notes, (graphite) and a hint of stalkiness.

Better in the mouth the earthy note is still there, you note the alcohol, pleasant fruit, smoky notes from the crianza, well integrated tannins and balsamic notes. (Re-tasted an hour later, the nose is much more marked, the wine has opened out dramatically and is fresher with a well-integrated alcohol.)
