Guinza Gold 24K

Golden colour with gold flakes sitting in a good mousse which collapses fairly quickly. The gold flakes form a sediment in the glass.

Rich and complex nose. Biscuits and brioche emerge before aeration, then baked apple, mature citrus notes, floral (dried flowers), some tropical fruit notes,

Very pleasant on entry, mature fruit, balanced acidity, a sweet sensation, floral, rich and has volume and a good strucuture. The bubbles are so well integrated you could miss them! Without the gold flakes they would, I'm sure be more persistent but overall a good long finish. Like it!
