Tierras de Cair Suelos con Historia

Medium to full bodied black cherry colour with long, very slow legs.

This wine took some time to open out. Cherry jam, blackberry, clove, vanilla, and black pepper eventually on the nose.

In the mouth quite full and complex. There is some warmth from the alcohol, cocoa, tobacco, and very dry tannins. Long lean finish.

This needs decanting before drinking but should be better with more time in bottle.
