As we commented after the tasting, its interesting nose has notes of red paprika which were interestingly reminiscent of cold meat. The mouth is dense, glyceric, with body and structure, medium acidity. Interesting, because if you look at the note for the 2000 vintage (https://www.verema.com/comunidad/vinoscatados/vino.asp?vino=1564), it is quite clear that it has a coherence of style.
