An approximate tasting note could be the following one: When we open the bottle it smells like a barnyard, but this smell disappear leaving it breath for 45-50 minutes, although we find a slight touch of animal smells.
Its colour is morello cherry going to red ocher. The rim is completely tile colour. Medium-low coloured. Smooth animal aromas (which disappear the second day). Red fruits (fruits in liquor when it’s warmed up). It’s moderately dry. Vanilla in backnose. It has still more than a considerable and pleasant acidity for the age that it has. When it is warmed up then we find prunes. Tobacco and toasting smells. It’s a wine to be drinked slowly and slowdown. A meditation wine...
