As we open the bottle raise smells like a cheese factory. I mean, raw milk just when it turns into cheese... Soft reduction aromas... I guess that it’s a cow’s farm ;)

Garnet with softer colour in the rim. It looks full bodied.
Scent of dried black olives, raw milk, smoke, touch of BBQ. Season of black olives.... rosemary... thyme... Blackberries and meaty scent.
Some hours after it changes a lot. The smell of milk disappear and it turns into blackberries. In mouth it turns into a more savory wine and a bit of astringency...
Smooth sip, very pleant. Bodied but soft sip.
It’s a nice wine, and even more for the price (a bit less of 6 EUR)
