Extremely pale yellow. It makes me think that it’ll be a soft manzanilla... wrong! Prejudices issue :-/
Amazing nose. Strong bitterness... nice almondy bitterness! Even more amazing in mouth. It’s very stimulating, bitterness, salty, long backnose with soft nuts. I enjoy this manzanilla. Great price, about 4 EUR. Well paired with seafood.
