Pale yellow gold, clean and bright. Long, slow, glyceric legs.

Notes of oak on the nose, peppercorn, medium intensity and complex, aromatic notes, work with the lees and apricot fruit, also melon, unctuous. The alcohol is notable on the nose.

In the mouth the acidity is big, there is a little heat in a sweet alcohol but this is balanced and gives an unctuous well-balanced finish with a bitter hint. . Needs time in the glass. This was a bottle sample.
