Ageing: Over 4 months in oak, followed by 8-10 months in tank prior to bottling.

 

CATA AD HOC

The wine es pale ruby with bright and clean. Aromas are clean and medium plus in primary fruit (cherry, strawberry), some stone notes , smoky and fungus. Young with some developed aromas. It is dry and medium + acidity, medium+ alcohol and medium tannins green and young. Pronounced in flavors and long with strawberry, rede cherry, fungus, terroir, clay, stones, tobacco. Much body but not mouthcoating. Potential to ageing and enjoy now. Very good Quality and quite balance.
