Quite a dark pink. Intense nose with notes of fruits of the forest, flowers, forest floor and a touch of liquorice. The liquorice and even a hint of fennel reappear in the finish. Its consistency makes it attractive, but it is easily drunk and shows notable fruitiness. One of the year’s best.
