Lafou els amelers

Yellow straw with steely edge, clean and bright.

Nose is slow to open out with hints of lemon emerging first, a little white flower and with evolution in the glass some evidence of work with the lees, and then finally some tropical notes of lychee and pears.

In the mouth better, more expressive, nicely balanced between three elements, excellent acidity, salinity and a refreshing bitter note with a long refreshing finish.
