Granbazán Don Álvaro de Bazán

Pale gold, green hints, clean and bright.

Initially a little close on the nose but opens quickly to give a nose with sweet notes, mature white stone fruit, herby with a hint of mint, concentrated with notes from the lees and a final hint of minerality.

Excellent, cleansing acidity on entry, well balanced with a syrupy peach fruit and resiny notes, fresh with minerals in an unctuous, long finish. Every serious cellar should have this wine in it!
