Deep black cherry colour, very dene, very long low legs still with some colour.
Sweet nose, hint of menthol, black olives in the background.
In the mouth huge on entry, very ripe fruit, almost dried fruit. Sweet, with baslamic notes lively acidity but one which balances perfectly the alcohol.
A must to accompany blue cheees such as Stilton, Shropshire or Cabrales. Outstanding.
