Yellow with golden and greenish highlights. I enjoyed the nose, where the wood integrates perfectly with the fruit: hay, butter and raw almonds, but also white flowers and tropical fruit. In the mouth, it is tasty and fresh, quite long and balanced. The aftertaste brings back the fruit, together with notes of aromatic herbs (fennel).
