TASTING
The wines is pale yellow-green.
Clean and pronounced primary aromas of peach, pear confected, lichi, orange peel, blossom, azahar, and creamy hints.
It presents medium acidity, is sweet and with low alcohol. Full bodied, mouthcoating wine, very fruity and high in volume. Creamy texture (some of the lees, bread, cream). Intensity: Pronounced. Savoury, and you can notice peach, pear, lychi, melon, orange peel, azahar.
Long finish very fruity and integrated.
The acidity and freshness shows that is ready-to-drink, young but in a perfect concentration of primary flavours, with a touch of lees in the nose. The intensity shows fruit and the Muscat character, so it is ready to drink now, not suitable for further ageing.
The quality is very good, It lacks of layers to be outstanding, but refresh the palate and match with fruit cake and aperitifs as foie-gras.
No tannins.
