Pale Green lemon wine, with salty, mienral, herbal and oceanic medium+ aromas in this young wine.

On the palate, the wine present high acidity, medium alcohol and medium body.

The wine is dry and with salty, marine, citrus flavours. Some of herbal, pear and anised hints.

Long fruity finish with volume and some creamy texture (some of contact lees).

The wine is clean, but left some month more to stabilizate. very good quality, price and potential for ageing. The wine is young and it is better to wait 2-3 months more for enjoying...in summer, over 12ºC and matching with claims and cod.
